Security of Information Collected
Alertisys maintains security and backup policies to protect the alteration or unauthorized access of your information. All accounts created in our system are stored to allow only access to authorized individuals utilizing the clients logon credentials. In the event an unauthorized person obtains your credentials, they will not have access to information related to credit card numbers or account numbers. All passwords are encrypted on our servers and can be changed by the client at their discretion.

Network Information
Unless specified, none of Alertisys services gives our systems access to your network, information on your network, or configurations for computers or devices on your network. Alertisys systems simply monitor information that is otherwise broadcast to our monitors and no information is extracted or pulled from your system.

IP Addresses
IP Addresses are logged during particular operations within the site. Those operations include; request for bids, new account submissions, and free trial request. The IP information is never associated to an individual for the purposes of solicitation or marketing. We only log this information for security and efficiency purposes.

Email Addresses
Email addresses obtained from forms or operations within the Command Console are never released to third parties. Email Addresses are used only for client communication, record keeping, and other features that the client has explicitly signed up for (i.e., Email notifications, Executive summaries, etc.).

Cookies
When logging into your account, a single cookie containing your session ID is passed to your browser. This session ID is used strictly for the purpose of allowing you to move throughout password protected areas of your command console without constantly re-entering your password. Once you have hit the "Sign Out" icon, this key is deleted and you will need to re-login.
